Welcome to Dolland Elementary School

Dear Dolland Elementary Community,

It is with great excitement and a deep sense of commitment that I introduce myself as the new principal of Dolland Elementary School—Home of the Huskies! I am honored to join a school with such a proud tradition of excellence, dedicated educators, and a vibrant, engaged community.

I bring with me 26 years of experience in education, 17 years of which have been spent in the classroom working directly with students. My background includes extensive experience in dual immersion programs, which has given me a strong appreciation for the power of bilingual education and the richness it brings to our school culture. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by one core belief: every child has incredible potential, and it is our responsibility to help them discover it.

Working with children is truly my passion. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability. I believe in fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels seen, supported, and challenged to be their very best.

As I begin this new journey with you, my focus will be on building strong relationships—with students, families, staff, and the broader community. Together, we will continue to nurture a safe, welcoming, and academically rich environment where all Huskies thrive.

I look forward to meeting each of you, hearing your stories, and working collaboratively to make this school year one of growth, joy, and achievement.
